As with all 3M products, the adhesion, reflectivity, and wear are outstanding. Used as rim tape for a bike, it has served well in that capacity--highly reflective. With any adhesive product, you must clean and degrease the surface to which it is being applied thoroughly (using alcohol and, if appropriate, acetone), if you expect it to weather well. NOTE: the tape has a clear protective layer ON TOP. This film protects the working surface during application, but markedly diminishes the reflectivity and should be REMOVED once the tape is applied.
