I use these for my work in the garden as well as any chore that releases a lot of dust. The mask does its job well, but if you find yourself really working out hard, you'll actually find the mask unable to keep up with your breathing.Customer Review: dust mask

Wild fires in San Diego make these filters a blessing. Perfect fit, love it. Also useful for protection of others when you have a bad cold. Two elastic straps help hold it in perfect position.
