This was an easy install, but I really wanted a product that did the faucet plus had a t-connection for an ice maker. This one does have another connector at the top, but its just a pressure release and the push in connectors mean that you are probably only going to be hooking it up to a faucet. The great part to me is that it just filters all the cold water for the faucet. No need to install or buy another faucet for the side of the sink.Customer Review: Installed fast, great tasting water

This is my second water filter and I chose this one because it was cheaper than the GE model I have in our kitchen.
Installation was easy and the push fittings only leaked a little because i cut the tubing badly. Once it was cut properly it does not leak.
The water tastes great (the same as the GE filter we have), flow rate is reduced somewhat but it is sufficent.

This filter is a snap to install and does a great job filtering water. If there's any drawback at all, it filters the water TOO well. The filtered water tastes "soft," rather more like distilled water than drinking water. It's a vast improvement over untreated Phoenix city tap water.Customer Review: Excellent product

We've been using this filter system for over two years with absolutely no leaks in the fittings and excellent water flow whether using the standard filter or the pro model. Would definitely recommend for any DIY'er, or even those first time installers.
