I've used this filter for approximately two years and it does an excellent job - it appears to be capturing everything. I have no complaints. However, Amazon did send me the wrong size - which appears to be a comman occurence judging by other postings. Amazon was prompt with a refund upon receipt of the product. This is our second order for these filters. We use them on our new central heat and A/C system. They are superior to lower filtration rated filters based on the particles trapped and air quality. We change the filter every two to three months depending on how much material is trapped. We bought them based on ratings on Amazon.com, which were very helpful.Customer Review: excellent filters

The difference in air quality was substantial. I've used these filters for over a year. I have severe respiratory allergies, and they have made quite a difference. Seems to have relived my sons allergy problems reasonably well. With the old filters I used, my some would start sneezing as soon as he walked in the house to visit from college. Since I installed this filter he is definitely sneezing less.
