First, Never buy a forced air water heater if you can help it. Once you have, and your fan fails, go to Amazon. My plumber quoted me $600 to install a new fan. After a quick search, I found this exact replacement for mine (identical part number and manufacturer) for < $200 and installed it in less than 15 min. It has been working flawlessly for 3 months now.
