We recieved this water system as a gift 3 years ago and we have been so pleased with it until lately.
It was purchased at WalMart and I was able to get the filters for it unti about 11/2 yrs ago, then I phoned the tollfree number on the box and had them shipped to me, I was still happy with my Addipure. Now I have been trying for the last month to get thru and am told "no longer in service"So now I am into this site and I still can not get any results.
Is this the way you service all your items that you sell?
If so, I will not be buying another one.
Please help me to find an outlet for these filters.
