I am a college student at Ohio University. This item is a must have for college students or anyone living in a dorm/apt. that likes there water tasting like it wasnt pumped straight out of the river. A lot cheaper than buying bottles and perfectly cold, without the use of chemical refridgerants. My husband and I are in are late 60's. We used to get our water (four 5-gallon jugs) at a water store. Now I just have to remember to order my filters (would be nice to get it locally). I have used this product for the past four years and I am satisfied with it in general. The only downside is that when it's new, the black filter powder sometimes "pollutes" the water.
I searched everywhere online but couldn't find one. Hope Amazon will fill up their stock soon.
