Customer Review: Aero Bed for Kids - the only way to travel with a Toddler

We bought this for our 2 year old daughter after she had outgrown her pack n play. I searched high and low for the perfect solution to her travel sleep needs since she's too big for a crib but too small to lay on an adult bed with no rails. I compared the Ready Bed, the Travel N Trundle, and the Aerobed for kids. The Aerobed for kids is by far superior to either of the other products I looked at. It is incredibly well made and best of all its so simple and quick to operate. It inflates in less than a minute and deflates nearly as quickly. Once its deflated you simply roll it up and place it in the carrying bag - it's REALLY that easy! Some of the features that I appreciate the most are the raised surface around the entire bed so my daughter will not fall out, and the very nice and very soft mattress cover for her to lay on. This is truly one of those products that has completely lived up to my expectations. Definitely something we would purchase again as it is indepsible to us for our monthly travels.Customer Review: awesome product!

I am a grandmother of three all under age 5. I have two of my grandchildren approx. 3 nights a week and was looking for a good sleeping arrangment for them. Space is limited so an extra regular bed was out of the question. I purchased two of these beds approx 6 weeks ago and have been very impressed with the quality and durability of them. They are exactly what I was looking for. Three nights a week they are taken out of the closet, easily inflated with the included air pump, and the two girls, age 2 and 4 sleep on one bed together. They could sleep on the second bed but are used to sleeping close to each other so I don't fight it and there is plenty of room for two on one bed. During the days that they are here the bed can be deflated or just propped up against the wall out of the way. Holds up extremely well to kids accidently rough housing on it before they are caught LOL I keep the second bed for my 4 year old grandson so he thinks he has his own bed too! I love it except the squeaking. Now I solved that problem with BABY POWDER buy putting it inbetween the mattress pad and the bed itself. I rubed it all over that side and sprinkeld BABY POWDER on the floor where the bed would be setting at night. After I did that when I went to lay on it to see if it worked that way. And it did so I recomoned that to everyone who bought one. After that i had no problems. I Bought it to use on Hunting trips because i wanted something cheap and durable. I weigh 240lbs and It's Recomonded that it supports children up to 150 lbs. I'm 6'3" and it fits me perfectly. I love it. Best Air bed i have bought in years. It's comfortalbe soft and firm at the same time. The first night I used it, I slept Like A Baby sound Asleep.
I don't even need a pillow because of the raised sides. I laid on my side with my head on the rasied side and it was comfortable and contoured my head. So I recomeoned This Air bed to any one.

Customer Review: Perfect for toddler travel

Upon transitioning out of a Pack-n-Play, this is the best option for my 2 year old when traveling! It packs up nicely, fills up quickly, and my son loves feeling like he's in a "big boy bed"! He can get in and out of it easily but did not fall out overnight due to the nicely raised edges. It is clearly made of quality materials and I love that it comes with the soft gender-neutral moon and stars sheet; very convenient. It occurred to me later that we could have used this as the next step after a crib versus getting a wood & mattress toddler bed, but may consider using this for baby #2 if #1 is still in the toddler bed. Wonderful purchase!
Update: My son is now 4 and we still use this for his travel bed. It packs very nicely in his large suitcase for air travel and doesn't bring the weight of the bag over the limit. My daughter is about to outgrow her crib and we will use this to spare some time in getting her big brother a big bed so she can use his toddler bed. We love it!

This is such a comfortable bed that it's become the sole bed for our 9-year-old granddaughter. We have our daughter and three grandkids living with us for a while and space is tight, so we decided to try this AeroBed based on its reviews and measurements -- we wanted it to fit into a tight spot and then be pushed under a double bed like a trundle for daytime storage. This fits the bill perfectly, and was ultra-easy to inflate (we haven't needed or wanted to deflate as yet.) All the girls tried it out and even fought over it for awhile when it first arrived -- that's how comfy it is! (The 9-year-old won.) I have put a nice mattress pad on it, so that increases its comfort level, and our middle girl sleeps soundly and happily on it every night. A very good purchase, especially at Friday sale prices.We have never purchased an AeroBed product before, but if the need arises we certainly will stick with this brand name after our experience with this excellent-quality, comfortable kids bed.
