I used the Air King unit this summer when it was hotter than Hades and I needed to do some outdoor repairs at our up North get-away. The day was hot and humid but I, my friend, was the King of Cool! What a blessing when you need a cool breeze or, depending on the setting you choose, a small gale. You can position the air flow where you get the best results. The grounded outlets are a bonus that saves having to use multiple extension cords. This little unit packs one heck of a punch! To make sure it stays mine I used my Dremel 290-01 1.15 Amp 7,200 Stroke Per Minute Engraver includes Letter and Number Template to put my personal brand on it. That too was a breeze! ~ The Boss

This thing frick'en rocks! I'm using this blower as a regular room/office fan because its quiet and circulates tons of fresh air even when it's running on the low speed. As far as durability -it is to early to say but it appears to be pretty stout. I like it so much I'm probably going to get a second one so I don't have to bring one back and forth from work to home. (I got the free shipping and it still arrived in two days to Tennessee so that was a plus as well.)

I use it almost every night to sleep to the sound of it.

Quiet, efficient and compact. Hard to imagine anything could work better better. We have a wood burning stove that heats our living room all too well and a downstairs area and master bedroom that just don't get any of the heat from it. Buying a second unit because the first one works flawlessly at pushing cold air from floor level both downstairs and from master bedroom which is replaced by warm ceiling air from the living room. Large regular fans just don't direct air well at all. This one really works because the stream of air is direct, powerful and focused. Outstanding product.Customer Review: Works great!!!!!!!

I have an indoor tomato garden, and temperatures were reaching 105f....I added this blower for ventilation, and it's amazing!!!! The temperatures are now down to 85f with the blower on low. I never thought I'd be able to control it, but this blower does the trick....It is comparable to the Stanley industrial blower, and in my opinion, it outpreforms the competition....definitely a great buy!!! Shipping was fast, and the item was overly packed, but arrived in mint condition, so no complaints there. It's been running for 3 months, now, and I haven't had a single problem.Customer Review: Useful and relatively quiet

Despite the other reviews you may see, this blower does not compare to industrial strength blowers. It's not going to blow down the little piggies' brick house!
However it is *fairly* powerful and pretty quiet for the amount of air it pushes. Overall recommended.
Other notes: It pivots up and down, but the fan exhaust is at the top. So if you want it to blow under something - like a wet carpet to dry it out(!), just turn it upside down and it will balance on its handle just fine.
