I got this fan due to the recent heat wave in California. All the fans at the stores were sold out, and this was the only I could find on Amazon. I am very pleased with the purchase.
Pros:
1. Small and easy to carry
2. Blows lots of air
Cons:
1. No rotating/pivoting function
2. Loud
A solid purchase, and I hope it will come in handy during the next California heat wave.

Used this in several situations, like small construction projects to vent out sheet rock dust, or paint fumes. does a great job for its size. Gets knocked around alot with no problems. Well made with a nice heavy duty power cord. The extra on board power outlets are nice too. Easy to operate and move with the attached handle. Blows a ton of air. The Air King 9550 Pivoting Utility Blower with grounded outlets works great to move warm air around my house from the downstairs fireplace to the upstairs. I have three of them. They are small in size which is great but do a big job. The only downside is that the high blowing level is loud but the lowest level is reasonably quiet. Compact and moves serious air. Low noise. Very directional air flow, great for venting a room quickly. The cord is massive and good length, almost half the weight of the unit. So you can run 2 power tools off the 2, 3 prong outlets on the main unit, assuming the wall outlet can take the power drain without tripping a fuse.

Recently purchased two of these units for drying out some minor basement flooding. They ran quiet and strong for days on end. Simple 3 speed control, pivoting head, and long power cords. Extra sockets useful too for using with wet vac. For around $60 each, they were just the ticket. Great for use with an indoor bike trainer or rollers too.
