The order was complete and I received it in a timely matter. I give the transaction a five star. However I give the product a one star for the following reason. It is piece of junk. Typical for an outsourced item like this made in China. The pump itself is made of extremely light gauge plastic. So light I thought at first there was nothing in the box when I took it out of the package. It is supposed to fit over your water bottle and tighten down with the plastic nut. You can not even tighten the nut by hand without it slipping off the threaded collar. This must be achieved to create a vacuum when you use the pump. I even tried a metal band clamp which worked. The problem is that air leaks through the pump itself so it doesn't matter how tight the collar is. Would some one please let me know if any of these like products work any better. $10.00? This item isn't worth the cost of the material it was made with. Again typical of outsourced crap made in other countries!
