I would encourage everyone who has a nintendo product or anything that used a Y shaped screw to purchase this tool. It is small, affordable, easy to use, and works like a charm. I can't remember how many times I destroyed one of those screws trying to get my son's DS open. This tool put an end to all my headaches. And even though I nearly completly stripped out a couple of those screws, this silverhill triwing Y screwdriver was able to remove it. After one of our Nintendo Wavebird wireless controllers broke, we found we couldn't open it up without a special y-shaped screwdriver. I came to Amazon, saw this one and ordered it. Shipping was fast and the screwdriver seems to be good quality. It opened the controller without any problems--it was even long enough to fit down into the deeper recesses of the controller. I would recommend this screwdriver if you're needing to access the y-shaped screws.Customer Review: Much better than playing with flat head screwdrivers

Although this isn't technically a game, it has a lot to do with games.
A few Game Boy games of mine were not saving, due to an internal battery dying on me. Instead of finding a screwdriver that can turn those custom screws, I decided to bypass all that headache and buy the tool that fits. And did it deliver.
Can open old Game Boy systems to clean all that crud that built up over the years, just don't lose the screws.

i tried using a flathead screwdriver to take my wii apart to fix the annoying humming sound. no luck because of nintendo's proprietary screws. in fact, i ended up almost stripping two of them completely. got this in the mail today and was able to easily remove the remaining screws (works well on the smaller and larger triwing screws) and successfully eliminate the humming noise in under 10 minutes.
