Customer Review: Cheap chinese product. Returned it and bought a Dewalt

Cheesy feel and graunchy sounding chinese made product. I returned it and bought a Dewalt drill to replace it. There are few drills out there with real jacobs chucks... a 3/8 or larger really needs a jacobs chuck with key to handle the torgue and not slip... and this one at least filled that bill. But cheesy product.
I paid twice the price for the Dewalt and it is a solid product I will have for the rest of my life. I was replacing a 30 year old black and decker with worn out cord and jacobs chuck. If it were just the cord I would have replaced it, but a jacobs chuck can be half the cost of the drill.. which is why they are pushing cheap plastic "self loosening" chucks on us. Buy the Dewalt. And no, I am not in any way affiliated with Dewalt other than a happy customer.
