Never thought I'd buy one of these - Always thought them to be a gimmick, but my kids have been fighting over the blanket on the sofa, so I went ahead and gave the Snuggies a try. The price was very reasonable, and I figured I had little to lose.
Turned out, it was a big WIN!
No more kids wrestling and hitting each other - At least, not over the blanket! In fact, the blanket has been returned to the closet. We keep the house very cool in the winter, and I'd hear complaint about that on a routine basis - Now, I don't even hear that complaint any longer.
The only downside is that the fleece picks up dog hair and lint in a HURRY, and I've got some serious-shedding dogs, so any time the dogs join the kids on the sofa, well - Laundry time!
