Customer Review: Don't accept a refurbished steamer

This steamer may have been a good one at one time. The steamer I received was obviously a refurbished model. While using the steamer the hose that connects to the steamer kept coming off. It just clicks onto the steamer and everytime I went a different direction the hose popped off the steamer. The steam pressure also was not good. I would not recommend this steamer because I think the type of hose connector on it would be a safety hazzard in any case.

I just got the steam cleaner just the other day. It works great on everything. I have used it to clean the track for my sliding glass doors. I have also used it to clean build up on the shower and other places in the house as well. It has many wonderful attachments and the price is great. This product was even shipped really well with shipping peanuts etc in a large box to ensure it did not get damaged in transit.
The company was promt to get my order as right away I would recommend the product and the company.

After reading the reviews on Amazon, I was excited to give this steam cleaner a try. I am SO glad I did! In addition to all of the other reviewers' uses and comments, let me tell you my favorite use: getting hairspray off of bathroom surfaces! A quick blast of steam, a simple wipe, and the built-up hairspray is GONE. I really like hairspray, but had to spray with cleaners and wipe multiple times to get rid of the build-up. My toilet seat looks like new, the baseboards and trim are absolutely clean. It's amazing!Customer Review: Cheaply made steam trigger

After I received the electric steamer cleaner I tried it out on the shower base to remove some scum and it didn't work that well. I refilled it to give it another try and the button wouldn't make the steam come out at all. I noticed that one side of the plastic notch,that connected the button to the steam trigger, was cracked beacause of cheap, plastic material used. Everything else about the steamer seamed very durible except the button trigger. I've only owned it for 2 hours and now I have to return it.Customer Review: Great product for small price.

This Steam cleaner has so many uses. Lots of steam power. I can't believe how inexpensive it was. I use it everyday. I use it in all the rooms of my house, and the best thing of all is that I don't have to use any cleaners. It comes with so many different attachments that you will find new uses for it all the time. A neat idea I came up with is, you can sanitize your toothbrushes with it instead of paying for one of those new toothbrush sanitizers. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone.
