I bought my steamer a year ago because of the affordable price, and I love it. I use it with some micro-fiber cloths and it shines up my whole bathroom. It works wonders on windows too. I feel better knowing that I am not putting toxic cleaners into our eco-system anymore. It heats up quickly. The only other feature that it needs is an automatic button to push for constant steam (my hand tends to cramp after a long day of squeezing the trigger). I'd highly recommend this efficient cleaning system!Customer Review: not what I thought

I was intrigued with this product since it had great reviews from other customers, but I was disappointed. First off, it looked like it was used, and the light that was supposed to come on when plugged in worked intermittenly. The unit produced enough steam, but it was not hot. I could put my hand in front of it and the steam was just warm. I returned the product, after two failed attempts at trying to clean anything with it. I don't know if it was just a bad unit, or if all steamers work this way.Customer Review: Steamer

This is short and sweet. I bought this and used it once before handing it off to my Husband because I thought I was doing something wrong with it. This steamer never got very hot at all! Certainly not hot enough to kill any bacteria, which is what I got it for in the 1st place. To use in the bathroom, kitchen... just like you see on TV. This "steamer" just didn't steam. I could put my hand right in front of the nozzle and it barely felt warm. Sorry, but keep looking! There is a reason it is under $25.Customer Review: Great little steamer

Ordered this steamer and received in less than 48 hours! Tried it as soon as I received it and loved it. Comes with many attachments and easy to understand instructions. Cleaned around my bathroom faucet and could not believe the gunk it cleaned out without any chemicals. Great little steamer for the price. Only gave 4 stars due to the steam does lose power after so long so you want to do the toughest jobs first. This steamer was recomended by my mom and I would definately pass along the word!!Customer Review: Okay

I was disappointed. This steamer would be good for cleaning jewelry, but not for cleaning a shower stall or cleaning water deposits off of fixtures. It was good for baseboards, but would be a lot of trouble to get out to clean just baseboards. I tried it on tire rims and it would have taken all day and lots of refills. It is easy to use, but only holds about a half of a cup of water and that would last about 10 minutes max of cleaning. Not bad for $20, but not sure what you could use it for.
