I wanted something portable, durable, good quality and easy to maneuver. This steam cleaner definitely exceeded my expectation. Once you start using it, you will fall in love with it.
I hate cleaning the toilets, tiles and windows but when started cleaning with this steam cleaner it was fun. I wanted to clean more.....
This is a healthier way of cleaning.......now I can throw away my cleaning products.
It's a wonderful product for the price. I will buy another one for my mother.

Poor quality manual (obviously foreign), safety cap doesn't screw down tightly, I suppose that's for letting excess steam escape which is fine, so don't say that (directions again). I used the machine to clean kitchen sink edges and around faucet base, worked relatively well.Runs out of water too soon, I don't have the patience for that. Now that the steam is gone and the machine has cooled, there seems no way short of a stick of dynamite to remove that screw top again. A few others have mentioned this problem, but not everyone. Is this just a lemon or what? I will return machine (another pain in the neck) because I can't use it this way. Overall, a big disappointment to me.Customer Review: Not as good as I thought

I was so diasppointed with this steamer. I have to add water after 10 minutes and that is a bother. I have tried it on many items in my home and the only thing I have found it would do to my satisfaction was get up spots on the carpet. I cleaned the soap from around my kitchen sink and it chipped the paint off my white faucet. Be careful what you use it on. I tried to steam grout but it didn't work. I had to get a toothbrush and bleach to clean the grout. Sure do wish it would have worked on grout. But, if you want something to get spots off the carpet this is for you. I have not tried it on the grill but next summer I will see if it will clean the grill. Hope so!

I bought this steamer to use in cleaning hairspray build-up from bathroom floors, cabinets etc. It did a good job on that task...loosens up the dried layer of hairspray pretty well (sometimes requires more than one steaming), but it does require a little elbow grease and lots of paper towel or absorbent clothes to wipe up. I have also used the steamer to clean the inside of the refrigerator, stove and microwave fan vent, window panes, and base of toilet. I LOVE not having to use a lot of chemicals. I compared a lot of steamers, and found mixed reviews for many cleaners that were much more expensive than this one. I think this is a great deal and an effective machine.Customer Review: So-So

Ordered this along with my awesome Green Teen Bissel Steam Mop. Not too happy with this product. Steam takes forever to get ready, the light never comes on to tell me when it is ready. Steam is not continuous. When the steam does come through it works the best a $20 machine can do. I don't like that it is not cordless. Makes it difficult to go from room to room. If it wasn't so much to send it back I would have the second day I got it. But I will just keep it and use it for the walls and baseboards and such. For a hand-held steam cleaner you really need to get one that is cordless and much more powerful and that has a longer life of actually steaming.
