Customer Review: Best Under Cabinate light I have ever owned!

This was used to replace a flourescent light purchased several years ago from a "big box" home center. That light, like one before it, had a flimsy plastic cover that eventually cracked and wouldn't stay in place any longer. This halogen light is all metal with a glass lense. It is very well made and easy to install (it is hard wired - no cord). The choice of a high and low setting is especially nice, on low it emits a warm light that is great to use as ambient lighting and the high setting emits a very bright light when task lighting is needed.It does get hot on high so we use the low setting mostly.
It is also a bit more expensive than the cheap flourescents but I think it is worth the extra cost. Highly recommended.
