Tools and Hardware Reviews of Electrically Conductive Wire Glue Bonds

Customer Review: Terrible
Summary: 1 Stars

as mentioned in alot of reviews, this is terribly runny. i had very little space/terrible angles to do a solder, so a solder gun was out of the question. duct taped the two connections together for 4 days, so i could make sure the glue dryed and it was a strong bond. i then carefully took off the tape, but the glue never set up, this is a terrible product, glue... my a**

Customer Review: ridiculous product
Summary: 1 Stars

I am not sure what you would use this product for. I attempted to wire an electric guitar with it, and ended up breaking out the solder gun. This stuff is crap, and wouldn't hold up well under normal use. Look at the products this seller offers, and you'll see that it is not for any serious buyers. Not recommended, I threw this product away.

Customer Review: Excellent Product
Summary: 5 Stars

This is an excellent product for people like me who cannot solder to save their lives. I used it to change a backup battery in a very old gameboy cartridge. I highly recommend it.
Just mix it thoroughly and use a toothpick for dabbing it in little areas and let it dry for at least 12 hours before you finish or do more gluing.

Customer Review: Wire Glue
Summary: 3 Stars

The wire glue must be applied very thick-a thin coat will not conduct electricity. I put several coats on my connection and had no trouble. However, I twisted the wires well before applying the glue. The connection is not made stronger by the glue. I don't think the connection would hold up if the wires were not twisted.

Customer Review: Glue??
Summary: 1 Stars

It's hard to understand how this product could ever be called glue. There is simply no adhesion quality to it at all. The instructions even call for the use of Super Glue over the top of the joint to seal the bond. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
