These obviously aren't pro tools. I mean you get a warning that the hammer might chip if you use it on nails/objects that are "hardened", the scissors don't seem all that tough, although the drill/screwdriver is nice to have it doesn't look like it's got that much power on it.
Regardless of all this it's a nice set of tools. If you know you won't be doing anything too intensive and will just need a set of tools for the odd project at home like assembling furniture and similar activities this will work fine for you. I found it to be quite complete for my needs. Plus real men have pink tools :)

I purchased 2 Apollo household tool kits, one for myself and one as a gift. The tools are ideal for ordinary household tasks and the case keeps everything organized and easy to store or carry around. I have other tools I use for heavier jobs but my husband keeps borrowing them and forgetting to return them to my tool box. These pink handled tools leave no doubt about whose they are, and where the tools belong after a job is completed. Now when I need to hang a picture, measure a room or fix a loose hinge I don't have to hunt for my tools all around the house, cellar and garage!Customer Review: A toolkit for me!

This is one toolkit I can really use. First of all, it's pink, so the men in my life don't want to use it! Therefore I always know I'll have a clean, well-organized, excellent quality toolkit at my fingertips for those big and little jobs that crop up around the house. It's a little difficult at first to pry some of the tools out of the case, and I do wish they could find a way to include a set of regular pliers. Other than that, I used it non-stop for over a month when we were renovating my Mom's 54 year old home and it was a godsend. Highly recommended.Customer Review: SOLID pieces~!! I remember my very first tool set, it was not pink I still have most of the items and the craftsmen metal box 35 years later, I have become a fan of tools to get the job done. I got this for my teenager who lives in the dorms, she didnt take to warmly to it but I think the first time she needs a nail or to hang photo (they have them in there too) she will be happy she has it. If not Il buy it from her and keep it myself, and keep it in my kitchen so if I need something I wont have to run to the garage! I do recommend!Customer Review: 135 Piece Tool Kit

I purchased this tool kit for my daughter who just moved into her first apartment and I believe every woman living on her own should have a set of tools. This set is very compelete and includes everything to help her hang pictures to fix a shelf to patching a hole. I know it is somthing she will always have and will use often.
