Tools are used around a small church for very uncomplicated jobs. The tools are alright; a bit toylike, but for the price and purpose they work fine. The box itself is obnoxious, however; sliding tabs on outside stick and come off their tracks, and when you do get it open, the tools inside don't stay in their slots and fall out. Since we only use it occasionally, this isn't much of a problem, but I think someone who would use this at home would get incredibly irritated.Customer Review: Very bad

I recieved the product and then gifted it to my friend in India. He said that the magnet in the screw driver which holds the bit wasn't there and there was no use of the screw driver. I was very dissappointed. Now I cant get it back to return the product. I felt very sad bcos it was his birthday gift and he loved it actually. The price on this toolset is good and the tools are workable; however, they are not heavy duty, and I wouldn't expect them to last a long time under heavy usage.
The set is nice and small, perfect to keep in my car to have some basic tools available at all times. I wish the case fasteners were a bit more secure, but so far it hasn't come open in the trunk.

If you live in a small apartment, have limited storage, and want some tools for really basic tasks, then this is a useful set. The handy case helps you store items so when you need to tighten the odd hex nut on the put-together furniture you bought a couple of years ago, you will be able to find the hex wrench to do the job. Just got this for my dad because I have had one for several years. It has served every tool need for random jobs and it is light and very portable. With a space for each tool, you can't misplace a tool from the set. High quality tools too. I highly recommend this for every college student or every home- it gets used more than you think!
