I got this as a Christmas present over a year ago and within the first couple of uses that handle of the scissors broke while trying to cut a plastic zip tie. The case itself is kind of flimsy; the 2 plastic screwdriver bit holders do not stay in place and is annoying when trying to close and store the tools. The pliers aren't the greatest either, can't say that they've gotten the job done when I've turned to them for a job. Utility knife, hammer, tape measurer and screw driver all work great! 12 ft of tape is more than enough for household uses and hammer has a good weight to it and the handle is appropriate for a females hand. Allen keys work, lost a couple but good quality. Overall this is a great gift for an apartment owner, college student or single mom but I would suggest investing in something more if this is to be used for a large family.
