Customer Review: it's a picture of an Aprlaire filter

The photo on the Amazon item description shows a standard box for Aprilaire filters. That's what I expected to get. But what arrived is a box that says
'AmericanAirFilter Dust and Pollen Shield"
Well I guess you could fold some toilet paper to fit into a frame that fits the Aprilaire 2400 and call it a dust and pollen shield.
Nothing on the box says that there is any reason to believe it does as good a job as toilet paper...
I called to complain. And they say someone will call back on Monday.
Maybe they have some spec sheets to show that they are as effective as the product they showed?
But if so, I'd expect to see some mention of it on the box.

What is the difference between a HEPA filter and Aprilaire Air Cleaners? HEPA filters are very efficient at removing extremely small particles from small volumes of air. However, HEPA filters restrict airflow in addition to pollutants, so these systems can not be used to filter all of the air going through a residential furnace. Aprilaire's air cleaner uses the same types of filtration as HEPA filters, but with a lower restriction to airflow. This means you can filter all the air moving through the furnace.
