Customer Review: Disappointing product and seller

I have waited 3 weeks to receive the product from the seller. The seller didn't ship the product till 2 weeks after I placed the order. It was the longest ever to wait for a product I purchase online. The product arrive without any installation instruction and it took some research online with the plumber to finally install the system. After few weeks, the faucet won't shut off anymore. There is no way to repair the faucet except to buy a new one. I contacted the seller and they have no clear return policy nor helpful. Now I have to buy a brand new faucet again after 3 weeks installing the system. I would advice not buy from this seller nor buying this system with the faucet.
