The price on this finally fell to one I could afford and I purchased it this spring. Assembly and attachment was easy. The collector works well as long as the grass in fairly dry and not too tall. If you are cutting early in the morning or more than about an inch at a time, it will clog up often and then you have to stop and take the tube off and clear it. Also has a problem filling both bags equally so I had to modify the dump tube over the bags to make that work. Overall, the product works as well as it can without being one of the pricier ones that have a blower assist. Customer Review: poor workmanship

It was extremly easy to assemble and mount. Twenty minutes into the first use of bagger the flimsy bungee rubber cord that holds the elbow to mower pops off and the elbow slips under deck and of course gets chewed up before I can stop the machine. Had to order a new elbow at the cost of $40.00 more dollars. If this one pops off I am just going to buy the John Deere bagger.Customer Review: Toro LX426 Bagger - Arnold OEM 190-180 Grass Collector

Re: 2008 Toro Model LX 426 42" garden tractor. Bagger is high quality. Assembly was very easy - no tools required.
Only one issue - the tube that delivers the cut grass to the bagger does not fit flush to the cutting deck of this model tractor. I had to drill a hole in the deck and install the supplied mounting pin that connects to a strap that holds the tube in place. All in all - the product works very well and I would recommend it for this particular model tractor.

I recently bought the twin bag grass collector to make my lawn work easier. It was relatively easy to install on my 5 yr old White Outdoor LT 1650 (an MTD brand) riding mower, less than 15 minutes all told. The installation instructions were not much help though - they definately need a rewrite. I had shopped around and even looked at prices on ebay. Amazon sold the item at the lowest price by far, I saw bids on ebay going for 50 dollars over Amazon's price - not including shipping which was free. The local Lowes also had it for about 50 dollars more than Amazon - plus tax. I rate it a 4 since quite frankly I believe its overpriced for what it really is - a bit of plastic and stampted metal, but it does make my life easier and does do what I really wanted it to do.. pick up leaves without me having to worry about raking my 1 acre of lawn. Be prepared to empty the bags often though - they fill up quickly.Customer Review: Please Don't Buy... SAFTEY HAZARD

Hey, Please DON'T BUY if you have ANY KIND OF HILL! My mom was using it on a hill and guess what, Her Tractor FLIPPED because of the collector and luckily she ONLY BROKE HER ARM! The Troy-Built tractor is pretty much Totaled! The front fell off. The Deck wheels bend totally, and the Bagger is totaled fully! Please, DON'T BUY IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF HILL!
