very easy to install on my Cub Cadet. does have a problem with wet grass clogup but chute is easy to take off and clean. only question i have is how readily available the rubber straps that hold the chute together are, and how long they will last? other than that a very well constructed unit. Once it's all put together it's a thing of beauty, but I found the grass chute extremely difficult to attach to the deck. I did get it attached but it was a lot harder than it appeared in the instructions. Works Fantastic. Took less than 15 minutes to install. If I wasn't such a know-it-all it would have taken 10 minutes!! Tip: use the 'C' configuration to attach the chute to the deck. Product is exactly as described. Depending on the year of the MTD mower, it may be necessary to order extra (appx $30) parts to attach the bag assembly. The extra parts attach to the mower frame under the seat and allow the bagger assembly to clear the rear fender.Customer Review: OEM Bagger

I have a Toro LX 425 that is apparently made by MTD, the bagger fit without any issues and installed it in about 30 minutes. Great product and Great Price, if you buy the Toro branded on it will cost you $400, this one with shipping was roughly $270.
