I was a little disappointed when I purchased this product. I mainly bought them when I had to hang my very heavy mirror. I got the hook in the wall, but then could not turn it where I could anchor it to hang the mirror on it. They give you a lot of these hooks in the pack, but now these hooks just sit in my drawer since I cannot use them. I loved the idea of having a laser marker to hang my pictures straight!Customer Review: great product

I hated using picture hangers and would always have my husband hang things for me, this is great and I can do it myself! Just just push it in and you're done! goes in very easy.
The free laser level you get with it, well, it was free. not the best product, but hey, it was free. I did use it twice. My pictures look great and got them all hung within 10 mins!
I recommend this product to everyone!

Sorry to throw water on someone's parade. I can understand why people would love these BUT I bought a house built in 1925 and they do NOT work. There are so many studs in the walls so close together (maybe due to plaster) that there is no hope of rotating them if you are fortunate enough to get them inserted. I tried several in different locations to no avail. The OOK work wonderfully. I am reordering them.Customer Review: Surprised: Hooks worked as promised.

Generally I don't expect much from "As seen on TV" products. I expected the hooks to be difficult to push in. I was prepared to use a drill to start the hole if I needed to. The hooks worked as promised. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the "free" laser level did not come on when I put new batteries in it, not that I really needed it. I'm not the handiest person in the world and these work very well. I have a little trouble getting the hook to turn upwards while inserted but I think that could be because I'm not strong enough. The first one I used left a very small hole in the wall which is great. The 2nd one left a little bigger one (bigger than a nail would have) but I think it is because I was struggling a bit..overall great product.
