Customer Review: Worst picture-hangers in the US rejoices!!!!!

My wife and I bought these hooks on the chance that these hooks might save us the pain and suffering that goes with hanging pictures and things on the wall. These hooks are all they are cracked up to be...they actually work. I thought there was no way they would, but sure enough push them in, turn them around, and there you have a perfect hook for that picture.

These hooks are, for the most part, just as they're described. It took a little bit of effort to get them into the wall (not a lot of effort, although, watch out for studs!) and they still do leave a hole about the size of a small nail, but compared to putting an anchor in the wall to hang something large, it is much, much better! I don't really like these. They do work, but I just hate having to put them in the wall. They are hard to go in, then they kinda move around on the wall till you put something on it. The picture doesn't hang flat against the wall either. Since if doesn't make any smaller of a hole, then a small nail. I will use nails from now on. The Hercules Hook Wall Hooks were very easy to use and a lot less trouble than conventional picture hooks with nails. We have used them for everything - mirrors, clocks and pictures. The only drawback would be if you want something to be flush against the wall, I can't see how you could do that with these hooks since the top portion does protrude out a little far.Customer Review: disappointed

I was really looking forward to using this product. I will say that it creates a hole the size of a pin dot. Went through the drywall just fine. The problem for me was that it did not go all the way in so that it could create the support arc to hang the item. Now I'm right back where i started. The laser however, did what it is supposed to do. No problem there.
