Overall, I was very pleased with the dining table and chairs from VisionDecor. The table/chairs are gorgeous and exactly what I wanted!
The only issues I had were the length of time it took to receive this order and the difficulty I had in unpacking the table and chairs. After waiting 2+ weeks for delivery, I called the VisionDecor Customer Service number about the long lead time and was told that they were "building the furniture" for my order. I seriously doubt that each order they receive is custom built which is the impression they gave. For anyone who is considering purchasing furniture from VisionDecor, I would suggest that you place your order long before you actually need it.
The second issue was the difficulty I had unpacking the table and chairs when they arrived. I had noticed some of the feedback remarks from other purchasers about their furniture arriving scratched and/or broken so I was somewhat leary about ordering through VisionDecor. I can tell anyone who is considering ordering from this company that they no longer have to be concerned about their furniture arriving damaged! In fact, the VisionDecor shipping department seems to be going overboard to prevent that! They double box everything and fill the void between the inside and outside boxes with expanding spray foam which hardens after being sprayed. This would be great except it makes unpacking the furniture extremely difficult. Just an FYI for future Vision Decor customers.
