I really like this product. It came with clear instructions and installed easily. Programming was easy. I just wish this timer could be set to turn on a set number of minutes AFTER sunset, and turn off a set number of minutes BEFORE sunrise. I find that the lights turn on while there is still quite a bit of daylight and don't turn off until it's been light for 30-40 minutes. Other than that, It's a great product. The change from standard to daylight time involves only a few button presses, just don't lose the instructions because the procedure is not intuitive.Customer Review: Good Product

I bought 4 of these products (2 500 Watts & 2 2400 Watts) to replace Intermatic switches that broke every few weeks (CF lights). Two of the installations worked smoothly - including a 3-way switch that gave me headaches with the intermatic. However, I had problems with both units on one location (system would go crazy, blinking display and resetting). Since I had problems with both units, I believe there's something with my wiring and not the units. The other two installations are working perfectly. If you need a timer for a CF light, this is the way to go.Customer Review: Awesome Timer

This timer makes my life a little bit easier by not having to remember to turn my lights on and off. It is used to shut off and on two exterior light fixtures. This timer works like a champ. The only issue I have which could probably be improved is the depth of the timer itself. It was very difficult to fit the timer and the wires into the electrical box. Hopefully Honeywell will fix this problem in future models. But I managed to squeeze everything in and the timer looks and works great.Customer Review: Programmable Timer Switch

I have had this timer switch installed for a few weeks and it works great! It does exactly what I want it to do. I also love the 3-way feature. I have it installed on a 3-way switch and it is great how you can see when the lights are doing something based on what the other switch in the circuit is set to. I'd say the only down side with the 3-way set-up is that there is a little hesitation when using the other switch in the circuit. I bought this product to turn my outdoor lights on and off automatically. It adjusts for the changing sunrise and sunset times. Installation is very straight forward and programming is as well. I originally shipped to an incorrect address and Smarthome was incredible responsive and helpful about resolving the mistake, which was not theirs to begin with. Their customer service organization is a model for others to follow.
