Why the heck is this thing so expensive?!!! As of early September 2009, 50 lbs of this paver sand is $533.16! I'm sure it's a pricing error, but regardless you can pick up a small bucket at Lowe's without having to pay over $30 in shipping alone (actually you can get 2 small buckets for $30).
The way it works is that you sweep the sand into the joints that separate brick, stone, pavers and then you mist it down a couple of times (the instructions say no less than 4 times every 10-20 minutes) and the sand hardens a little to become grout for your pavers. The product itself is okay - for some reason it hasn't quite hardened the way I was expecting it to. But it basically keeps my brick patio together, so no complaints from me so far.
