That's funny (the previous review). I got one (from another vendor). On the plus side, it's pretty much what I expected and I'm reasonably satisfied. Except for, as seems to have been the case with the other reviewer, the nice little recessed-into-the-side connector for the hose to the wall faucet was snapped off where it was inserted into the internal hose to the spigot, inside the thing. Obviously, this happened during assembly, since once it's assembled it's inside the thing and can't break during shipping no matter what; so whoever assembled it seems to be in the habit of breaking them and packing and shipping them anyway. Anyway, I decided I didn't want to return it and wait some more (like I said, otherwise it's a decent item and I couldn't wait to use it), so I decided to fix it; like the other guy said, there's no kind of fitting or fittings available that can be cobbled together to replace the broken one's nice recessed-into-the-side-ness (and I am a major expert at cobbling things together), so I ended up taking it completely apart and replacing the hose to the internal spigot with one that runs out the side and all the way to the wall faucet. Not as pretty, but works just fine, and now I not only find it useful, but I have great pride of having cobbled it together.
So..... obviously factory quality control on the item isn't great, so factor in the possibility of either having to return it for replacement, or cobbling something together; and check it out immediately on receipt rather than waiting until you want to hook it up.
