Tools and Hardware Reviews of Twin Draft Guard BrownCustomer Review: Noise Reduction Summary: 3 Stars
I think it is great for reducing some of the noise that travels in the hallways. Basically the sound comes in under the door and it amplifies basically using your living space as a speaker. This blocks or at least muffles the sounds that we have been hearing...I was surprised that it was only made out of a a light styrofoam material. I was thinking it should be something a little more heavier and dense. But for the most part it keeps a lot of air out and the sounds are now muffled by at least 70% I barely hear anything outside my door unless the people are being really loud.

the most wonderful way for you to waste money i have ever seen. i hope the makers of this piece of junk are happy they are soaking hard earned dollars out of the public for this crappy product. doesnt work on carpet at all just rolls up under the door and makes it difficult to reopen the door. its do buy this crap. am taking mine back today for a refund hope the company i bought it from refunds me. duct tape would work better than this product. total junk very dissatified will not ever recomend to anyoneever again.
Customer Review: Draft Guard does what it was made to do Summary: 5 Stars
The draft guard works as it should. I am using it not only to keep the cool/warm air in but also to keep pests out (using in Afghanistan to cover the gap under my door to my room.) It is basically composed of a piece of fabric folded back onto itself and sewn down to make holes to slide the foam tubes provided into. There are also velcro patches so you can fold the end back onto itself to keep the tubes inside the fabric. The AC seems to be kicking on less since putting it there, but I might update after it starts to get really warm out here to put it through it's paces.
Customer Review: Rip Off! Summary: 1 Stars
I would just like to say that this product was a COMPLETE rip off! I watched the commercial countless times and really believed that the product would work. Unfortunately I did not read any reviews beforehand and purchased it the other day for [...] bucks (which I thought was reasonable). HOWEVER, I just installed it in my door and it was nothing like I expected. It is comprised of the CHEAPEST nylon fabric and styrofoam tubes you could ever imagine. Do not waste your money. It doesn't work and looks nothing like it looks on the commercial. I was very dissapointed.
Customer Review: Don't know what to think... Summary: 3 Stars
The reason I got this was less about drafts and more about noise reduction. .
The bad news: My door has a really big gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. When I put the Twin Draft Guard on, it didn't slide with the door like it says in the video.
Quick fix: I just thumb-tacked it to the bottom of the door.
Good news: Now it slides and also reduces noise from the living room.
Bad News: Now whenever I shut the door, the cats always want to be on the other side of it. But that's not the item's fault...
