I've had this pan for a couple months now and love it. I've made brownies almost every week since I got it and have never had a batch come out under or over cooked. I've tried several brands of boxed mixes and they all came out great by following the basic cooking instructions for a 13x9 pan. Every piece has atleast 2 nice edges on it. You get twice as many corner pieces than a traditional pan, including the two end pieces that have 3 edges (those are the first to go in my house). The only bad thing is that I have become even more addicted to brownies since I bought this pan. It's definately worth the money. I'm giving a few as Christmas gifts this year to my brownie loving friends and family.Customer Review: Can't Get Enough

I saw this pan in a catalog and it immediately caught my interest. I checked Amazon, and all the reviews were so positive, I went ahead and ordered it, and it does not disappoint. I'm really the only "edge" lover in my family, but EVERYONE loves this pan. It just cooks perfectly and makes removal easy without mangling half the batch. We've tried several different mixes, and they all turn out great. In the past we made brownies once every couple of months ... should I be ashamed to admit that we've made them every night for a week since getting this pan? Pouring the batter in and getting it even is slightly more difficult that a regular pan (especially with thicker mixes) but well worth the effort.Customer Review: Excellent Brownies, Top-Quality Pan

When it comes to brownies, there are two things that I consider a must-have for a top-quality brownie - even cooking and edges! This pan solves both problems. Many pans do not bake the brownies evenly but this pan's design ensures an even bake.
I was also impressed with the sturdiness of the pan. This is not a simple, thin metal pan, but a rugged piece of metal that will last for years.
The only issue I have is that the batter does not pour evenly into the pan. This is a minor issue, but not a big enough deal to warrant a review that is anything less than 5 stars.
I highly recommend this pan, especially if you're a fan of the edges.

I first saw this thing in a Sky Mall catalog on my way to Pittsburgh. When it came Christmas time I thought it would be the perfect gift (in addition to others) for my girlfriend. I was right. She's elated and we both reap the benefits. Warm brownies, cornbread, cake and bars that never stick to the pan and always have that perfect crispy edge and soft middle. Cleanup is simple thanks to the non-stick and it seems to cool rapidly as well.
Everyone we show this pan wants one too.
I only wish it were available in black to match the rest of our bakeware. The manufacturer website whow what looks like black but Amazon only had this charcoal one available.

Well I finally got a present for my wife she reaaaaaally likes. In her words "the best present ever". I just got this from a Buffalo NY gourmet shop for our 6th wedding anniversary. You know the 6th anniversary where you traditionally get something made of cast aluminum that can create tasty chocolate treats, that 6th anniversary.
Anyways, she just made her first batch of brownies with this pan and they couldn't have been better. Slightly less bake time too, chewy in the middle and many inches of crispier edges. There is NO sticking either and they include the perfect sized plastic spatula.
We will have brownies much more often I am sure. :p
