I had the previous model of this dispenser for over 10 years and it worked very well. After I took it down when I redid my shower I no longer had the directions and could not remember how to rehang it. I did not use glue and it fell down, and two parts broke. I got this to replace it.
I have had the new one for about 6 months now, and like it almost as well. In the previous model, I was able to replace the o-rings in the pumps when they wore out after about 4 or 5 years. I haven't been able to figure out how to disassemble these pumps. Hopefully by the time I need to replace the o-rings (if it becomes necessary) I will have figured it out.
This dispenser works just as well as the first. This dispenser does not leak, it is attractive, and it gets rid of most of the bottle clutter. It does take a few pumps to get out the desired amount of product, but I don't end up with too much stuff like I do with the regular product bottles. By the time I get tired of pumping, I have enough of the product to do the job.
I did thin out one of my conditioners that was a little too thick to come through the pump. I diluted it with about a quarter cup of distilled water, and it works just fine. In all honestly, this conditioner was extremely thick. This will not be a problem in the future, because it is not my regular conditioner and I don't like it that well. It's okay, but will not buy it again.
All this sounds like too much information. Too sum it up. I am very happy with this dispenser, and hope I have this one for 10 years too.

I have seen these in catalogs before & didn't give them a second thought. Then one day when I was cleaning under & around all of my shampoo bottles, etc in the shower, it hit me that one of these might just consolidate all the shampoos/conditions & body wash that I have collected in my shower. So, I ordered one a higher price & I am so thrilled that I am ordering one for the kids' bathroom where I had hubby put in an extra shelf just to hold all the shampoos etc. Now it will all be in one place, not messy & out of the reach of my toddler!
The other thing that I have noticed is that I don't use nearly as much shampoo as I did before - I get a few squirts & if that isn't enough, I get more - no more dumping a handfull of shampoo in my hand. I know I use far less shampoo than I did before I had this so I am no longer wasting it!
This is just the greatest concept & this product is very easy to keep clean & it works & looks great in the shower.
I would recommend this product to anyone! & if you don't think you will fill up all four sections - get a smaller one but I found the 4 section one is just what I needed; one for clarifying shampoo, one for conditioning shampoo, one for conditioner & one for body wash. No more bars or shampoos cluttering my bathroom!

This really is a great little gadget! I like to buy the large bottles of shampoo/conditioner to save money, but I am SO TIRED of dealing with all the bulky bottles! This gadget will keep them out of the shower...finally! I'm so glad I found this item.
I have read a few reviews that said this item would not pump thick liquids such as conditioner and lotion. I just finished filling my bottles, and my 'thick' conditioner pumps just fine. The trick is to read the instructions included on how to 'prime' the pumps. The instructions clearly state, "Thick liquids such as lotion and conditioner will not dispense without proper priming".
Now I'm just waiting for my 24 hours to be up, so I can actually put my filled bottles back into the gadget and start using. (After apply the 3M tape and silicone glue and attaching the gadget to your shower wall, you have to wait 24 hours for the silicone glue to set good before putting filled bottles in.)
I think anyone wanting a neat and tidy shower or bath will be completely satisfied with this product, as long as they following the manufacturer's instructions for installation and priming of pumps.

I bought this because I was sick of tripping over all the different shampoos and conditioners that I like to trade off and on with. I like being able to switch back and forth, but hated having to pick which ones would be the "lucky" shower versions, and which would be put under the sink. It always turned out I'd have way too many bottles in the shower and then I found this!
What a perfect solution. Not only does it store all of what I'm using, but if you're one of those parents who always find yourself saying to your children, "What are you doing.... DRINKING THE SHAMPOO???".
It dispenses the perfect amount, and though I paid twice this much somewhere else, I'd do it again in a heart beat.
Its neat, its compact, and it works perfectly. I'm frankly thinking of giving it as a gift for those up and coming events that I'm not sure what they need or want.
Update: I've had this for a few months now, and the savings in shampoo has more than paid for it. It dispenses just the right amount, and results in big savings.

I bought this product in order to help reduce the amount of wasted shampoo from my 9 yr. old. I mounted it low enough for her but high enough for adults to reach. It dispenses the right amount of shampoo in 2-3 pumps of the button. Very easy to use and easy to install. I was skeptical about the mounting tape holding but it has been up for nearly a year with constant use. I took the advice of another reviewer and treat the bottles with kid gloves. They are not glass but feel like thick plastic that will break if dropped. I refill the bottles while holding them upright between my legs and squeezing the origianal shampoo containers with both hands. Not graceful but it works because the bottles do not stand up on their own. No complaints! I highly reccomend this to families with kids!
