Tools and Hardware Reviews of BISSELL Natural Sweep Dual Brush Sweeper, 92N0ACustomer Review: Going back to the store! Summary: 1 Stars
I don't have the problem with the handle falling apart that other reviewers have mentioned. In fact, I now want to return it and neither I nor my DH can get it apart!
Unfortunately, I DO have the problem of it not picking up anything from my hardwood floors, my tile, or my bamboo rug. Since the sole purpose of a sweeper is to SWEEP, I am returning it ASAP. Not only that, when you try to empty it, the stuff it did manage to pick up goes all over the floor.
Very disappointed, and I can not recommend this product to anyone.
Customer Review: Great value for the price! Summary: 4 Stars
I use this every day! It's so much more convenient than a vacuum cleaner! I have a cat and a dog and I sweep the carpet space they occupy and get all the litter and the dog hair out of the carpet. Because of the brush, it also looks like it's been vacuumed.
I've had some trouble with the handle but I just push it all the way in and use tape so it won't come off.
The sweeper picks up a lot of stuff from the carpet. It doesn't clean corners but there is no hassle with cords, AND with the new green movement, it does save electricity!
Customer Review: so disappointed Summary: 2 Stars
After reading the reviews for this product I decided to get the one with dual brushes. I was so disappointed when I got it. It went together easily and it was easy to use. However, it wouldn't pick up anything. I was so looking forward to this for just a quick tidy up when the dog brought in leaves or grass in on her coat. Also for the little pieces of paper that always seem to end up on the floor. I tried every thing to get this to work. I really wanted something that could do a quick job and not have to drag out the vacuum.
Customer Review: Ok, but can't replace a broom Summary: 3 Stars
So I'm questing for the best broom replacement out there and this isn't it.
Pros: definitely does a good job sweeping things up from smooth floors and plush carpets and won't run out of batteries.
Cons: handle would need some glue or duct tape to stay on, can't get into edges like other products (see my reviews), and isn't quite as fun as an electric broom.
I could live with the handle issue and the fun issue but the edging at certain angles is a pain, so I think I'll take it back.
Customer Review: Faulty Handle! Summary: 1 Stars
I followed the instructions for assembling the handle exactly, my husband and I both have tried unsuccessfully to "strike" the handle hard enough to secure the sections. It constantly comes apart, even the part where it screws in comes off, which is unrelated to the tapered sections. Save your money- I am so disappointed because I have a dog and two messy little boys and I was hoping this would work for us. We aren't idiots and it is definitely not an issue with how it was assembled. It is clearly a faulty product.
