This machine works great, when I received it, I expected to to look used, but it didn't. It is in perfect condition and works great. I've used it on set in stains as well as new ones, and it cleaned them like magic. It's easy to use, just set it and walk away. I highly recommend this to anyone with carpet or upolstery stains. The only down side, is that when you clean a spot, it leaves a tell-tale circle, you have to used the hand attachment to feather out the clean spot. I purchased this because of pet stains, it works just the same as the pet model for less.Customer Review: Good for quick response

It's great to have something to put down on the mess right away. It's not perfect but it helps a lot to get it on the stain as soon as it happens do it doesn't get set in. The cleaning solution is not worth buying replacements for- they say using other cleaning solutions in the machine may cause damage but that hasn't happened to me and I can't imagine how it could do damage as long as the other cleaning solution isn't thicker than theirs and you already know it's safe for your carpet. We have quite a few pet stains on our medium powder blue bedroom carpet. I decided to buy the refurbished SpotBot to remove those stains before using the carpet shampooer. Initially I was unimpressed because it seemed to do nothing, but then I discovered that no liquid was being dispensed. A quick call to Bissell customer service solved the problem and then the SpotBot worked and worked very well. Now the pet soiled spots are so clean that I am concerned that our shampooer won't get the rest of the carpet as clean.Customer Review: Excellent Experience

We received our Spot Bot without the hose attachment. I contacted Amazon using the 'call me now' feature and the phone rang immediatley. Amazon sent us a new item without question and, as the box for our original Spot Bot arrived in poor condition, they allowed us to wait for the new box to arrive before sending the defective Spot Bot back. I have always had a good experience with Amazon and this was no exception. And the Spot Bot works great...we have three cats and a rabbit and it saves us a lot of scrubbing.Customer Review: Spot Bot - Love it!

Love it, love it, love it! We had two dogs - we're now down to 1 but in the last months of our Beagle's life he made many messes on the carpet. My husband & I figured we'd have to replace it. I had a professional carpet company come in and they did wonders but there were still some spots. Used spot bot and although I know where they are, if you came in I don't think you would see them at all.
I especially love the EASE of this product - cleaning carpet was never easier!
