These are not good quality bags. The cardboard part comes apart from the bag when both attempting to attach the bag to the vacuum cleaner and/or removing it.
Some of the reviewers have stated that these bags were hard to find. I had some older Dirt Devil bags that looked similar. I used those, and they worked perfectly. I don't think it's imperative that one uses these bags with the Bissell. You just need to get the bags that are shaped similarly. The Dirt Devil bags are constructed better and were easier to find.

Arm & Hammer makes odor eliminating vacuum bags in the size. Arm & Hammer bags are much cheaper AND of a better quality. They even make a style just for pet owners called "Pet Fresh," which is the type I use. Just look in the vacuum aisle of your local Walmart and look for the keywords "Bissell 7" and you should find them. If your Walmart does not carry them you could buy a 9 pack for $10.98 from the Wallmart website with free site-to-store shipping. I too have had a difficult time finding these bags. I started to order from here but then decided to try bissell.com. They sell the bags direct and only charged me a flat $4.50 for shipping. The regular bags are $2.99/pack of 3 and I picked up 4 (12 bags) for a little over $16 total. Much cheaper than here if you only want the ordinary bags. The Enviro filter bags are $5.99 so it might be better to order them here. Hope this helps other users!Customer Review: whew! Didn't want to have to get a new vacuum...

Most stores seem to eliminate vacuum bags from the shelves, as there are a large variety of bagless vacuums that I believe they want consumers to buy. Luckily, there is Amazon to fulfill the need of those of us who can't find it elsewhere. Packaging was efficient, which I appreciate too.Customer Review: Hard to Find
