I have a dog and 2 cats. My dog has gastro problems and will vomit from time to time. The stains on the rugs were bad and I needed to get something that would get them out. I couldnt find this item in the store. So I went to Amazon and debated whether I should get the rug stick or a small carpet cleaner. I cleaned the 4 or 5 spots on the rug and they came right up! I couldnt believe how well it works! I even used it on old stains like dirty feet on the stairs and it took it right up! Amazing!!!Customer Review: Great for Apartments!

I dreaded investing in a steamer just to remove some embarrasing stains in my cream-colored apartment carpeting. Luckily, I tried a Woolite Rug Stick and it worked! It removed the stains (tea and who knows what else) and fluffed up the smashed down "high traffic" areas. Now I can invite guests without apologies! Note: The handle was not a problem, but sliding a dowel or rod inside would probably add some strength, if you need it. What a terrific little gift, if you are into practical things!!Customer Review: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, especially if you have pets :-)

I had several stains on my carpet (thanks to my cats and their hairballs). I searched the grocery store for a quick and easy clean up method that wouldn't cost me a fortune. I am so happy I purchased this product!! After one quick application, the stains disappeared. I'm in complete shock, because I was skeptical to say the least! I can't believe how quick and easy it was. Another plus, the product smells great. I'm so relieved that I won't have to hire a carpet cleaning crew.Customer Review: Not worth my time or money

I bought this with the hope that I would have a quick and easy clean up tool for those little spills of whatever, something to run over an area after you blotted up the major spill. It was easy to assemble and after that I was totally unimpressed. It never foamed correctly, the stick broke after about 10 uses and I never really noticed a difference where the dirt/spill was compared to the rest of the rug. A waste of my time and money. This is a good product but its alot of work if you have alot of area to cover and alot of dirt to get up..because you have to do it more then once to get it clean,,for spot cleaning id just as soon to get a small brush and use some resolve on it ..works great ..I thought this would be great =for larger areas but it doesnt get it all up the first time you have to go over and over it to get it clean but eventually it will clean it..just takes some time and elbow grease.
