I researched hand held vacuums well before deciding which one to buy. I wanted one that was very affordable, yet good quality. I made a good purchase! I've had this vacuum for about 2 weeks now, and am very happy with it.
Battery- I followed the directions in regards to charging the battery at least 16 hours the first time, and I run the battery down all the way each time before I plug it back in. It seems that I'm getting longer and longer out of each charge before I have to recharge, which is more than enough to vacuum every corner in my house that likes to collect dust bunnies.
Functionality- This vacuum is well made. There are two things I would complain about, if I were to complain. The only thing I dislike is that you have to actually touch the fuzz it sucks up when you empty it, because it sticks to the filter. I think this is pretty typical of vacuums like this though. The other thing is just that it got scratched up the very first time I used it just from running it along the baseboards and under furniture. This is purely cosmetic, though.
Since I've only had this vacuum for 2 weeks before reviewing it, I will come back to update if any issues arrive, or if the battery life decreases significantly over time. If I don't update, you can assume all is well. :)

Have only had this vac a few months, so I can't assess the important issue of battery life, which is my most important criteria for hand vacuums. But, I do like everything about this vac so far. Two likes are:
1. Lightweight - Easy to slide into hard to reach places without getting "tennis elbow" doing so. Won't remove deep seated items, but that's not why I buy these small, convenient vacs.
2. Power Connection - Many vacs I've owned in the past have bulky power docs that never seem to mount conveniently or sit stably when I need to charge & store the vac. This model has a simple, small power plug that slips into the end of the vac and allows me to store the vac in the kitchen in a wine bottle basket and hide the cord.... I found a blue wicker wine bottle basket that matches the vacs color and holds the vac like it was made for it. No one even knows that my vac is in the kitchen. All those worthless wall mount power stations are usually placed in the garage out of sight. So, this vac stays where it belongs and where I use it.
If this vac has good battery life, it will get my A+ rating ....... more later.

For $17, this little hand vac does just the trick. Perfect for small messes in the kitchen, quick cleanups in other rooms and for use in the car. It pics up heavier items too, like glass! True, the charge doesn't hold unless you charge it well, but I've left it uncharged for days and have still been able to use it for a few minutes when needed. I'm not sure what others expect when you pay this little amount for a small vacuum cleaner, but this little one is excellent for it's intended purpose. I highly recommend it. The only thing I am disappointed about is the cost of the replacement filters. It was $15 for a 3 pack on Amazon, which was almost the cost of the vacuum itself. The product arrived quickly and is in good condition. The fact that it is in good condition is something of a miracle, since it looked like it was packed by a blindfolded four-year-old with one hand. It arrived in a box which had been cobbled together Frankenstein-style out of three hacked up cardboard boxes. The tape was barely holding it closed. The inner packaging (the actual branded box that contained the dustbuster) was severely dented, and I am questioning whether it was actually new because it was in such poor shape. Given how shabby the box was and how poorly this thing was prepared for shipping, I'm extremely surprised that it is in good working order. Not the kind of quality I expect from Amazon sellers.Customer Review: Overall Greatness

I don't know why some reviews say that this provides little power for only 3 minutes. I guess they didn't charge theirs 1st before using it because after I charged mines for about 4 hours I was able to use it for 8 straight minutes. I didn't charge it for about a couple weeks and I used it again for another 10 minutes and it still is going strong. Packaging is very good, it arrived on time, and it's well worth the money. I purchased it originally to compensate for a car vacuum and am glad I did because I don't need to worry about any cords or using the car's battery to power this thing.
