This is a good little machine. I purchased one for around work, and then another for a person at work who saw it in action. As others have mentioned, the only drawback is that the air pushes out the side vents and into your face, if you're right down by the dustbuster. Other than that -the sucking power is better than expected. It even sucked up some screws, which I did not expect it to be able to do! No base to mess with getting it in and out of, just unplug it from the adapter cord and GO!Customer Review: Excellent experience to buy through Amazon

I received the product in the frame of time they gave me, or even sooner. The product did not have a couple of attachments.
As soon as I let them know, they sent me a new one (which arrived to my place before I returned the first one) and I printed a label they provided, and put my box in my front door and was picked up by the mail man.
They even sent me an e-mail to state they had recived the parcel!!
Really it is very satisfying buying like this, and being treated so well.

I've had this cute little DustBuster for about 9 months, and must echo the woes of everyone else about the battery life. I BARELY used mine (i.e. a couple times a month), and when I did, it was for no more than 2-3 minutes. Now, even when it's plugged in it only lasts a couple seconds -- and then it won't turn off! (I even unplugged it and took it apart, but the motor kept running.) I enjoyed it in the beginning but it gradually stopped working...so I'm here shopping for a different one.Customer Review: Great Product

I love to look at the reviews from folks when I order on line. I like this product. I like the attachments. It runs for a long time on one charge. It seems to hold a charge for quite a while. Its the first dust buster I've ever had and I am very happy with it. I've used quite a few manual dusters and it does much better. I won't get rid of my manual dusters but I will be using this one all the time now.

We gave the Dustbuster to our 3 daughters and their husbands for Christmas, and they are all very happy with them. We are all pet owners, (mostly cats) and have found the vac to be invaluable for cleaning up the hair and dry food messes they leave. Our vac is a few years old and still works like a new one; we actually bought another one for the other level of the house. Nice, compact design, and hangs easily near an outlet for constant charging. Great product!
