I could not be more pleased. This dustbuster is much more powerful than my previous one and the noise-level is much better. The nozzle that extends is great for hard-to-reach places. Bought a 2nd one that is in my garage (for quick clean-ups of my SUV etc.). The filter is washable (make sure it dries well before putting it back), it's easy to use, very powerful and reliable. I am getting more for Christmas gifts. Could not be happier with this purchase and highly recommend this one.Customer Review: Better than my full-size vacuum!

I've had this dust buster for over a year and it's the most useful thing I've bought for $50. I have a furry dog and a house with all hardwood floors and it picks up EVERYTHING. It's very powerful. I even use it to pick up all the stuff left behind on my shag area rug that the vacuum doesn't get. The only quirk is after emptying the dust collector, it doesn't snap back in place easily. I find it helpful to just press it against the wall or floor to get it to snap back together.Customer Review: Black & Decker CHV1568

This vacuum is as good as hand held vacuums get for under $75.00. My only concerns are the battery longevity and is Amazon a registered Black & Decker dealer that will process warranty claims. I read feedback on this unit from a few different sources and These people all had the same problems. They buy this to do big jobs with it and it doesn't work out for them very well. The suction was okay. I did have to clean the filter almost all the time. The battery last only 5-7 minutes or so, sometimes less. I wasn't very satisfied with it but I kept it for a while. Then all of a sudden, boom, it started making weird struggling noises and then completely broke down, just like that. I don't know what happened, but I am now shopping for another hand vac. I already had one. This is the second one for my husband's office. I like it because it's very powerful especially it helps me get rid of the dust and hair on the floor and table. The battery is longlasting after fully charge. My husband hates to use the regular vacuum as long as he is willing to use it. i would be happy. The downside is that it's pretty heavy and noisy.
