Can't go wrong with Blum...much better quality than the garbage HD sells. Fully adjustable in every direction and easy to install. It should be noted that these hinges DO come with zinc plated screws in the correct lengths for use on 3/4" thick cabinet doors.
Installation instructions ARE NOT included, but detailed information is available at Blum's website. It might take you a few minutes (it did me) to sort out how to locate the hinge on the door, but once I did installation was easy using a 35mm forstner bit.
