I purchased this pad a few months ago after I fell and had a very hard time getting up afterwards. I'm a senior citizen, overweight and out-of-shape. I noticed that one of the main problems was I couldn't get on my knees while trying to get up. It hurt too much, especially because one knee was bruised.
So I've kept this pad, waiting to see what happened next time I fell. A few days ago it happened. One knee was bruised and scraped and I was out front on the driveway. My daughter brought the kneeling pad and it worked wonderfully well. Of course I also needed help, too, but I had help last time and still had all kinds of trouble. Being able to stay on my knees for a few seconds makes a lot of difference. (I could have stayed there longer, actually, because it didn't hurt my knees at all, even the injured one.)
So I feel like this pad was worth every penny I paid for it. Thanks, Black and Decker!
