Customer Review: Good idea, but bad quality

Personally, I still think the idea of this product is good. I, as a parent, need a product that can track my toddlers especially when we are on vacation. Unfortunately, the quality of this product is really bad.
First, when i received this product, one of the tag was not working. After a week, a second tag was broken also. So I left with 2 working tags only.
Second, I have 2 kids so I put one tag each. The tracker was beeping every 1 minute eventough my kids were within the range. I changed the range from N(ear), to M(edium), to F(ar) but it was still beeping. It stopped beeping when I use one tag only and de-activate the other. But hey, I have 2 kids.
To be fair, it was easy for me to track my kid (only one kid) using this product.
Fortunately, I bought it from Amazon and I can still returned it after several weeks. Thank you Amazon.
