I agree, great taste. I thought everything was fine. But after three sessions of electrodermal screening, we couldn't figure out why my body was full of petrochemicals when I showed up clear for everything else. I kept insisting that it wasn't my water since my filter was relatively new, but I finally had it tested just to make sure. There it was! The water was free of all bacteria, parasites, fungus, viruses, etc, but NOT free of petrochemicals. You can't cleanse your body when your water is full of chemicals!Customer Review: Still going strong at a much better price than the manufacturer!

I was amazed at how much the manufacturer quoted me when I need to replace my filters. That's when I turned to my best friend Amazon. These filters work great and I've had no problems after 6 months of use. I didn't notice any weird tastes... actually quite the opposite. It tasted even better than the original filter. I did, however, run a gallon or 2 through the filter before I dared to drink any of the water. Just to be cautious.Customer Review: A superior filter

This made the water taste much better than the OEM filter. The quality was similar to other Brita filters.
It was easy to change, and the filter is substantial. The water tasted great months after installation. I find myself drinking water instead of other beverages now. At least for me, this thing paid for itself on that basis in 2 weeks.
So... it's cheaper and more effective. You should buy it.

The product came just as promised and was exactly as was shown on the screen I made my purchase from. I liked having not just a model number to match the product with, but also seeing the picture of the unit inside of an actual fridge that showed me it is the same as my fridge which gave me the confidence to do this on line.

This filter installed easily and fit perfectly in our refrigerator. The water tastes far better than what it did out of the factor filter we had in there and the price was cheaper! I've used Brita filters in some way for many years and they have always been great and this is yet another example of that.
