Easy to install just like the original filter, works fine, no problems and half the price. However, unable to compare the types of things the Brita filters out of the water as compared to the manufactures' original filter. Brita states on box by law it is not allowed to make the same claims as manufacture. So does it just filter out chlorine and fluoride or does it also filter lead and small particles like the Original maufactures' filter does? Who knows?

I'm used to how the Puriclean filters firmly twist on inside the fridge. This Brita filter twists on, but it was so loose I was afraid it was going to fall off if food items bump into it and cause it to twist in the opposite direction. I ran water through it for a while and checked for leakage. There were no leaks from the filter or the socket, so I guess it's ok. Water tastes the same, but I would have more confidence in this product if it would fit more securely.Customer Review: Filter fits well but shipment was snail slow.

The shipment through UPS was snail slow. It took 11 days to arrive. When I tracked the package, it sat in the warehouse 20 miles away from me for 4 days without any progress. Strongly suggest the seller use a different shipping company. This filter fits well on my Jennair refrigerator though.
