Customer Review: Do I Have to Use a Pillow Case?

Just like Brookstone's "Better than Down" comforter, this set of pillows is all microfiber, inside and out. The outer shell (what your face touches when there's no pillow case) is all microfiber material, which makes for a very soft cloth exterior. It's simply very comfortable to lay on. Of course, once the pillowcases are put on, that quickly becomes of little significance.
What concerns me about these pillows is their softness, or "give", when you lay on them. While they don't fully compress, it's easy to wonder just how long it's going to be before they feel flat and lifeless.
The initial comfort makes me feel that they're worth the cost, and Brookstone's quick, neatly packaged delivery made getting them pretty pain free.
