We moved into a house recently that only had single button remotes for the garages, this upgrade gives us the ability to open either garage with one remote. We bought two of them and they are working really well. This was easy to setup and I was careful to buy the correct model based on the age of our garage door openers, this is important as buying the wrong one will guarantee that it won't work.Customer Review: Easy to set up, works fine so far

I bought this as a second remote for an existing door opener. It took about 2 minutes to "synchronize" with the opener. Very simple process. It has been used regularly for about a month, and so far no problems. The worst part will be opening the remote to get the battery replaced...they did not make it very easy to pry open without marring the "case."Customer Review: 953CB Remote Control

Wonderful experience! The garage door opener remote control was shipped in a timely manner and works perfectly.
I have the garage door opener with the "orange" learn button and the remote control programmed easily following the enclosed directions.
Searching - ordering - paying - receiving was very straight forward and pleasant.

I accidentally left my old remote control on top of my car while it was raining outside. It died, so I bought this replacement. All I had to do was synch it with my garage door, which consists of pressing a button on the unit in the garage and on the remote. I recently bought this security remote through amazon. Overall, i like this device. It works every time you press the button :)
Only disadvantage of this device is that you should be very close to the garage door to make the remote work. It looks like the remote will work only within 6 ft of the door.
