I replaced my Sears opener with this one.
It was delivered within 3 days, and I was able to use it right out of the carton.
It works very well, and is really no different than the Sears remote that it replaced.
Very well priced also..Like many others, I dont like buying something over the net, not REALLY knowing how it will work. This worked out very , very well.

I purchased this as an additional remote. It was very easy to program. Push the purple learn button on the main unit and release, LED comes on, then hold the big black button on the remote for a couple seconds, garage light opener blinks; let go of the black button on the remote and your good to go. I didn't program the lights since I don't need it for that so can't comment.Customer Review: Works Perfect

We found this item directly on the Liftmaster site and found that this was the one we needed for our garage. Check their site to make sure this is the one for your garage door opener; they are not all universal. It works great though and I love the three buttons. Originally I had a 20 year old Genie door opener on my home and a 5 year old Liftmaster door opener on a storage building. I upgraded the Genie opener with a Liftmaster 355LM receiver and purchased the Liftmaster 373LM remote for a third vehicle.
The device works fine with both door openers.

This works perfect for my garage door with Liftmaster motor and the price I paid was almost half of what you pay from retail stores. I was able to setup the code from on this remote from the Garage door mail control on the wall with out any issue. The setup and learn process was fast and smooth.
